Who is Franklin Hatchett?
Savage Affiliates was created by Franklin Hatchett, a YouTuber and affiliate marketer. The idea was for him to establish an affiliate marketing training system for his close friends.
Before starting his online business, Franklin worked as a construction worker. Over time, he built various online assets that allowed him to quit his job and focus on his entrepreneurial ventures full-time.
Franklin has reportedly achieved significant success in affiliate marketing, earning over $1 million as an affiliate of ClickFunnels. He has also made substantial earnings through his online courses and other affiliate programs like ClickBank, GetResponse, and Bluehost.
In addition to Savage Affiliates, Franklin Hatchett has created other popular online courses such as eCom Elites, which focuses on dropshipping and ecommerce. Both courses have been well-received, although they have faced criticism for outdated content and lack of ongoing support.
At the time of this writing, Franklin has over 592k subscribers on his YouTube channel where he also highlights other ways to make money online.
If you want to get a taste of his teaching style, you might watch the video below:

How Does Savage Affiliates Help You Make Money?
Savage Affiliates promises to teach you everything you need to know to make money through affiliate marketing.
Essentially, affiliate marketing is when you promote the products of other companies on your website and earn a commission for each sale made through your unique affiliate link.
With Savage Affiliates, you’ll learn how to build a website, target high-demand keywords, drive traffic, and convert that traffic into sales.
From what I’ve seen, a lot of the successful students of Savage Affiliates are making money by promoting ClickFunnels and using paid ads to drive traffic.
There are even two whole sections of the program dedicated to ClickFunnels, including a case study where Franklin shows you how he made big bucks promoting the product.
What’s included in Savage Affiliates 2.0?
Here is what you will learn about Savage Affiliates 2.0.
Module 1 – Affiliate Products To Promote
During the first module, you will learn about niches and products you can promote for high commissions. Starting at this point is most beneficial for beginners so that they do not waste time and money choosing the wrong niche.
Franklin shows you how to find your profitable products through the best networks. Additionally, he gives pointers on how to create an affiliate site that will generate passive income for them to properly create online assets.
Module 2 – Build Your Website Asset
Franklin Hatchett delves deeper into the topic of building a solid foundation in Module 2. During this section, he discusses growing your website assets, including blog posts, landing pages, and web pages.
This section follows from the first module and provides helpful tips for new affiliate marketers. Franklin explains how website creation works, including how to purchase a domain name and install important plugins to create web pages and landing pages.
The section also discusses the importance of building an email list for your business. Affiliate marketing involves email marketing, which gives you a channel through which to generate revenue.
Module 3 – Email Marketing & Sales Funnel Training
This module goes over email marketing and funnels in addition to where Franklin left off in the previous module.
Using email campaigns and newsletters is a standard skill in online marketing, and this module will show you how to do it.
According to Franklin, until you build your affiliate funnel for automatic commissions, you will focus on affiliate funnels and email marketing.
Franklin discusses how he uses autoresponders to recapture leads. GetResponse is an autoresponder-based email system for beginners.
Module 4 – ClickBank Affiliate Marketing Training
There are 31 videos in this section that cover everything you need to know about generating leads for your affiliate marketing business, from tax requirements to funnel building.
In particular, this module focuses on training you to navigate ClickBank. You can find high-commission products by using this method. It’ll show you how to build a profitable ClickBank affiliate marketing website and how to build profitable ClickBank funnels.
To build a successful online business, Franklin discusses the process of finding the right product. Besides free traffic, he offers paid traffic blueprints. In addition, he includes funnels that are already done for you.
Module 5 – ClickFunnels Affiliate Marketing Training
Savage Affiliates’ Super Pack version only includes this two-part module. It contains 48 videos that take you through the process of building and executing a sales funnel.
This module teaches you how to master ClickFunnels (an online tool for building sales funnels), one of the hottest affiliate programs available today.
You will learn how Franklin uses ClickFunnels to create a $100,000 affiliate funnel. To prove his mastery over this affiliate program, he has a Two Comma Club award. Members of ClickFunnels who have earned at least $1 million dollars through a sales funnel are eligible to receive this award.
To demonstrate how real Franklin’s process is, he provides a case study. In order to understand the proper way to set up your funnel, he walks you through the lessons concisely.
With this module, you have access to Franklin’s funnel which earned him the ClickFunnels award. It explains how he gets traffic from free and paid sources for commissions, essentially giving you a blueprint to copy his process.
Module 6 – Amazon Affiliate Marketing Training
The goal of this module is to introduce you to Amazon’s affiliate program (the world’s largest) and show you how to navigate its affiliate network. Through 15 videos, you’ll discover how to create and promote profitable Amazon affiliate marketing websites.
Once you’re done, you will know how to structure and lay out articles on your niche site while using the right keywords.
Module 7 – SEO Training
Franklin discusses both off-page SEO and on-page SEO in his book, which is essential to affiliate marketing. Off-page SEO focuses on factors of your site, while on-page SEO focuses on factors you do on your site.
Backlinks are also discussed in this section. You will learn how Franklin links back to his website using backlinks. You can learn how to generate traffic through this step-by-step tutorial.
Module 8 – Free Traffic Training
The discussion in this module picks up from the discussion in the SEO module but is a standalone topic. Franklin explains the differences between free traffic and SEO in this section.
He shows you how to gain free traffic with his methods. Free traffic can help you make commissions in affiliate marketing if you use it to promote your website.
This module discusses getting traffic from social media, forums, and YouTube (video marketing). With Franklin’s huge following on YouTube, you may learn more about his traffic there.
Module 9 – Paid Traffic Training
Three paid traffic sources are discussed in this module: Facebook ads, Google ads, and solo ads.
Facebook ads occupy the bulk of this section. The training will cover how to track and manage your Facebook campaigns, as well as how to download Facebook pixels for your website.
After that, Franklin introduces you to Google AdWords ads and then solo advertisements, where you will discover the best leads. Paying for ads for instant results covers keyword targeting, tracking, audience selection, and finding the best sellers.
Module 10 – Launch Jacking And Web Hosting Blueprint
This module discusses launch jacking and web hosting.
Using launch jacking, you get to monetize future traffic floods. Franklin demonstrates how to achieve this attention for your blog or website.
Web hosting involves using a website to promote products and services. In Franklin’s program, you will learn how to make commissions by hosting a website.

Are Franklin Hatchett’s students actually getting results?
Recommendation: Here’s The Best Alternative
Are students getting results?
The reviews on Savage Affiliates’ website and Facebook page seem a bit sketchy. I mean, Franklin Hatchett’s “results” on the sales page aren’t really all that impressive.
It’s mostly just generic praise for his training without any real evidence of people making money from it.
Plus, some of the testimonials he uses are for his eCommerce course, Ecom Elites, and not specifically for Savage Affiliates.
And when you look at other review sites like Trustpilot, there aren’t really any success stories to be found.
So, it makes me wonder if the training is really as effective as they claim.

Any Discount?
Don’t waste your time searching for discounts for Savage Affiliates. I couldn’t find any legit coupons or promotions.
Even though the course is advertised as being “60% OFF” on the sales page, I couldn’t find any evidence of it ever being sold for $497 or $697.
So, you can ignore the warning that the price is gonna go up soon, it’s been the same for a while now.

Praise for Savage Affiliates
1. The price is lower than other similar courses
It looks like the main draw of Frank’s course, Savage Affiliates, is its price point. Compared to other affiliate marketing courses out there, it’s a steal – starting at only $197.
Most other courses that are actually decent cost at least $500, with some even going up to $1000 or more.
Just keep in mind that there may be some additional costs with Savage Affiliates that aren’t immediately obvious.
2. Comprehensive training in affiliate marketing
With over 100 different courses covering every aspect of the industry, Savage Affiliates is a comprehensive training program that’s hard to beat. Unlike other affiliate marketing schools that only focus on one specific approach, Savage Affiliates covers it all.
For example, Authority Hacker’s TASS course only teaches you how to design a website and drive organic traffic, while Commission Hero only focuses on using bought traffic to sell things from the ClickBank marketplace. But with Savage Affiliates, you’ll get a wide variety of approaches and strategies to choose from.
One thing to keep in mind though is that with so many courses, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed. My advice would be to pick one approach and stick with it for a while before moving on to the next. That way, you’ll have a chance to see the results of your efforts before moving on to something new.
Criticism of Savage Affiliates
1. Misleading claims
Frank frequently claims big things that aren’t true upon closer examination.
One of Frank’s videos from October 2019 with over 500,000 views:
In the video, Frank says he will teach you how to make $500 per day by pasting web links into a browser.
Here are his recommendations:
- Create an account on ClickBank and promote a product
- Register for a free account at TheFreeAdForum.com
- Advertise your affiliate link along with your free ad
Frank has not provided any evidence that he’s tried and tested this exact method and earned money from it.
A few people reported making $120 from the video, but most, including myself, didn’t make a single sale.
In other words, I and about 499,998 other people wasted time on that gimmick.
2. Hidden costs
Savage Affiliates’ sales page does not make it obvious that students are advised to spend more money on additional products and services after they buy the course.
Within the course, Frank does teach how to do affiliate marketing for free, but these methods are limited.
Savage Affiliates recommends the following paid products and services:
- ClickFunnels – $97 a month- (not necessary until you have created a product and have your own business up and running- you can test a funnel with Elementor & Mailchimp for free)
- Keysearch – $17-$34 a month (keyword research tool)
- Hosting and domain (Bluehost is known for its high affiliate payout. It seems cheap for the first year, but then it gets expensive, and the support is terrible, and the speed is terrible. I’d recommend Namecheap or Siteground over Bluehost.)
- Getresponse – $15+ a month (Email autoresponder)
- Thrive Leads ($67)
- Ahrefs ($7 for 7 days, then $99/month)
- Ads – $100+ a month (people waste their time and money on ads, and affiliate marketing is almost impossible with ads like this!)
In contrast, a better alternative that I will talk about later is much cheaper. You will get comprehensive training, domain registration, web hosting, writing tools, etc with a low subscription fee.
It’s much cheaper and easier to get started when compared with Savage Affiliates.
3. Questionable testimonials
While Savage Affiliates claims that a lot of their students see results from the training, there is no verified evidence to show this.
You may see some reviews posting screenshots from their sales page as proof of the success stories. But there is no way to verify if those are true results or not.
Below is a testimonial from a Savage Affiliates “Top Student” named Brent James:
I saw this testimonial from Brent on the Savage Affiliates sales page and it’s been there since at least August 2019.
But when I watched Brent’s appearance on Frank’s YouTube channel in December 2019, he said he earns $30,000 a year. But here’s the thing, that money doesn’t come from affiliate marketing, it’s from running a social media marketing agency.
So, when Frank calls Brent his “top student”, it makes me wonder if other students are really making much money from following the Savage Affiliates training. Just something to keep in mind.
4. Getting commissions from his students
Have you noticed that Frank is a product affiliate for the stuff he promotes? Basically, he gets a commission every time one of his students buys the tools he suggests.
Not only does he recommend expensive tools, but he doesn’t even tell you about them before you buy his course.
Also, the tools he suggests aren’t really beginner-friendly, but Frank still pushes them. It seems like he cares more about making a commission than helping his students out.
For example, members are also encouraged to use ClickFunnels, which costs $97 per month and may not be an ideal solution for beginners without a business/product to promote. Franklin will make a lot of his money from this source.
Is Savage Affiliates a Scam? My Personal Experience…
Savage Affiliates is not a scam. The course does offer some value and if you buy it, you’ll definitely learn some stuff about affiliate marketing.
When I first enrolled in Savage Affiliates, I was excited about the promise of over-the-shoulder training and a step-by-step guide to building a successful affiliate marketing business.
However, though the course does cover a wide range of topics, including ClickBank affiliate marketing, email marketing, and SEO, I quickly realized that much of the content was outdated. The sections on paid traffic strategies, in particular, felt obsolete and didn’t reflect the current best practices in the industry.
While Savage Affiliates itself is relatively affordable, the tools recommended within the course are not. For instance, ClickFunnels costs $97 per month, and other tools like GetResponse and Ahrefs add up quickly. These expenses can be prohibitive, especially for beginners who are just starting out and may not have a large budget to invest in these tools.
Despite that, Franklin still dedicates a significant portion of the course to promoting ClickFunnels. His relentless focus on it makes me felt more like a sales pitch than genuine training.
Initially, the course promised access to a private Facebook community and regular Q&A sessions with Franklin. However, I found that the support was lacking. The Facebook group was not as active as I had hoped, and Franklin himself was rarely available to answer questions.
I now suspect that most of the success stories on his sales page are fake because I found that some of the testimonials seem to be recycled from Franklin’s other courses, which raises questions about their authenticity.
